New Account Set-Up
If this is the first time you are setting up your account, you’ll need to use the unique enrollment link emailed to you with instructions on how to create your Guideline 401(k) account. The email address used to login must be the same email address that the enrollment invitation was sent to. (Once you’ve set up your account, you’re free to change your email address as you please.)
Log-in email must match account
If this isn’t your first time accessing your account, remember that you must use the email address that your initial enrollment invitation was sent to. If you’ve updated your email address in your account since then, you should use the new email address you provided.
Update your email address
Go to Account Settings and click Edit under Your Information.
