You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” button on the Guideline login page here. You will receive instructions sent to your primary email on file on how to reset your password. Your password must meet the following requirements:
- Between 8 and 255
- Characters in at least 3 of the following groups:
- upper case
- down case
- special character
- no 3 repeating characters
- no 3 sequential characters
If you were auto-enrolled and this is the first time you’re accessing your account, you’ll need to find the invitation email you received from Guideline and use the unique enrollment link in that email to setup your account.
