If you do not use one of our integrated or quick sync payroll partners, you will need to upload a payroll journal each time you run payroll for your company. You can do so using the following instructions:
1. Log in to your Plan Sponsor dashboard
2. Click on your company name in the upper right corner
3. Select "Resource Library"
4. Select "Shared Files"
5. Click the "Upload a File" button
6. Drag your desired file to the first box, or click within the box to browse your computer’s Files
7. Choose your file by either browsing for it on your computer, or dragging and dropping it
8. Click on the box labeled File Category and select "Payroll Report"
9. Click "Upload"
10. Notify payroll team at email@example.com
