How do I request a hardship withdrawal?

After confirming that you qualify for a hardship withdrawal, if you’d like to submit a request, you can find the hardship withdrawal application within your participant dashboard Forms & Templates folder. 

Once the application is completed, you should resubmit through your shared files folder and inform our participant support team.

If your hardship withdrawal is approved, you will receive an email notification when your check(s) is on its way.
