How do I request a hardship withdrawal?

After confirming that you qualify for a hardship withdrawal, if you’d like to submit a request, you can find the task within your participant Dashboard. Please click on your name at the top right hand corner of the page, and visit the Hardship Withdrawals page to find the application. 

The hardship withdrawal task page will only be accessible if you do not have any pending applications and have had less than two hardship withdrawals in the given plan year.
