Where is my check?

Cash disbursements, rollovers, loans, and hardship withdrawals will be sent via check to your address on file. Once our team has processed your request, you will receive an email confirmation when mailed out. Delivery of your check will take approximately 7-10 business days via USPS.

If your check has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or if the information on the check needs to be changed, please reach out to our participant support team. If information on your check needs to be updated from the original request (i.e. the check payable line or amount of the check), the reissue request may include a distribution processing fee. For all requests, our team anticipates about 7-10 business days for processing the check reissue, and another 7-10 business days for delivery.
