Your new employee will receive their enrollment invitation within 24 hours of their hire date as long as they meet your plan's minimum age requirement and your plan doesn't have a minimum service requirement. If the new employee is not immediately eligible, they’ll receive their enrollment invitation automatically once they become eligible. They'll be given approximately 10 days to take action to either enroll or opt out of the plan, since the 30-day automatic enrollment period only applies before the plan is active.
