I made changes in my payroll system, but I don’t see them in Guideline. What should I do?

If your payroll provider is a 360 integration partner, it will take up to 24 hours for the changes to sync to Guideline. If the changes don’t sync over within 24 hours, another common cause is that you’re updating fields that Guideline doesn’t reference. For example, perhaps you’re updating the “work email” field in your payroll system when Guideline uses the “personal email” field. If neither of these solutions fix your problem, submit a support ticket.

If your payroll provider is a 180 payroll sync provider, payroll updates won’t be made until your plan’s start date. To avoid potential delays to your employees’ participation in the plan, you may also update employee information directly on your Guideline roster.
