Updated over a week ago

If you have a balance in a Guideline 401(k) or IRA account or you are a Trustee of a 401(k), we will share a notification to review your account and our policies once per year.

Though no action is required, this is a great opportunity to ensure your personal information is up to date and your account selections still meet your needs.

What to expect as a 401(k) participant

This email is simply a reminder to review your personal information, beneficiary details, and current investment choices to ensure everything aligns with your current needs. It also shares our Form ADV, Privacy Policy, and Investment Statements.

While we will send you an email with a task where you can make all these changes in one workflow, you can update your account on your own at any time. Feel free to review these helpful articles to learn more:

How long will it take to verify my information?

The verification process should take no more than 5-10 minutes. However, you are not obligated to make any changes at this time. You can always review your personal information via the Account Settings portion in your dashboard. Additionally, if you would like to review your investments, you may do so within the Portfolio section.

I am no longer affiliated with my employer and would like to stop receiving communications.

If you would like to be opted out from communications, you may contact our team by selecting the “Contact Support” button below.
